Refund & Return Policy

At Purrposeful Prints, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because our products are designed for use with pet food and feeding equipment, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at info@purrposefulprints.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and, if the problem is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If a return is required because we sent an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, Purrposeful Prints will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, particularly products that have come into contact with pet food, cannot be returned unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.

We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the applicable 14-day period.

Returned products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return Shipping Costs

When exercising your EU right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Purrposeful Prints does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

If the return is required because of an error by Purrposeful Prints, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns sent from outside the European Union, please contact us before shipping so we can provide the appropriate customs instructions.

Refunds

For valid EU withdrawals, we will reimburse payments as required by applicable consumer law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost is not required to be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Return Conditions

Please package returned products carefully to prevent damage during transit. Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original packaging and all included components.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are adequately packaged.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
