At Purrposeful Prints, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons, we will issue refunds in cases where we are at fault.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@purrposefulprints.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned once they have been delivered. This ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers and pets.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you still have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. In this case, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
