SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder

For a full-size bowl, choose the eating surface that suits your cat. Check the individual listing if you are unsure about your feeder version.

SureFeed Standard and Connect half bowls

These listings have separate Standard and Connect versions. Standard is for the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder; Connect is for the SureFeed Connect Microchip Pet Feeder. Select the matching version before ordering.

Shallow SureFeed bowl

The full-size shallow bowl is designed for the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder and SureFeed Connect. It provides an open eating surface rather than slow-feed obstacles.

PETLIBRO One RFID: PLAF301 and PLAF301S

Read the model sticker underneath your feeder. Select Model A for PLAF301, or Model B for PLAF301S. Choose by the printed model number rather than the date you bought the feeder; the two bowl fits are not interchangeable.

PETLIBRO Granary: original round-bowl version

Our Granary bowls fit the original feeder with a round bowl only. Compare your feeder with the compatibility photo on the product listing. These bowls do not fit the updated version.

SureFeed stands and accessories

For the stand, turn the feeder over and compare the underside with the product photos. Newer model (Option 1) is for bases with round rubber feet; Older model (Option 2) is for bases with long rubber strips. The two options fit older and newer versions of the same feeder; the adjustable tilt range is 20–45°.

Help with food theft and bowl covers

The anti-theft barrier is designed to make it harder for a cat to pry at the SureFeed lid edge; see the installation video. The bowl lid is a removable bowl cover for our SureFeed slow-feed bowls and the standard plastic SureFeed bowl. It is not a replacement for the feeder's hinged lid.

Common buying questions

Which bowl layout should I choose?

An open base bowl provides one open food area. A divided bowl keeps foods or portions separate. A slow-feed bowl uses raised obstacles; Split Half combines a slow-feed area with an open area. Shallow bowls give more room around the eating surface. Check each listing for the available layouts.

How can I stop another cat forcing open my SureFeed?

Our anti-theft barrier blocks the lid-edge area that some cats try to pry open. It is intended to make this access harder; how effective it is depends on the cat and the way it tries to reach the food.

What comes with my order?

Each listing states what is included. Full-bowl listings contain the selected bowl; half-bowl sets contain two halves. The stand, barrier and lid listings contain the selected accessory. Feeders are not included, and a bowl is not included with a stand or lid.

How do I clean the accessories?

Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly. These 3D-printed accessories are not dishwasher safe; avoid high heat. Follow the care instructions on the individual listing.

How do I order a stand in another colour?

White is the standard choice and the colour shown in the main product photo. For another colour, select Colour Request when ordering, then send us a message with your preferred colour and order number.

What if I am unsure about compatibility?

Contact us before ordering with the feeder model number and a photo of its base or bowl area. We can help you choose the appropriate accessory.

  • Dispatch: allow 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: Netherlands 1–2 business days; Europe 3–5; rest of the world 5–14. These are estimates and exclude preparation time.
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout. A shipping confirmation email includes tracking details.
  • International orders: destination-country customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I know about returns?

Read the full refund and return policy before ordering. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions and exceptions in the policy and applicable law. Used products, particularly those that have touched pet food, have return restrictions. For change-of-mind EU withdrawals, customers pay the direct return shipping cost; if we sent an incorrect or defective item, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us before returning an item, especially from outside the EU.
