I have 2 cats on different diets because one has urinary issues and one is a kitten. If the older one eats the kitten food, it can be harmful to her health because of the increased protein. The problem was the kitten would pull her food out of her bowl onto the floor to eat, then leave it laying there when she was done and the other would eat it. I one of these bowls for her and she does seem to be pulling her food out less. I bought one for the older cat so she wouldn't feel like she was being left out :-). Seems to be working and they fit my feeders perfectly so I am quite happy.
My cat kept pulling her food out of her bowl and onto the floor to eat so thought I would try this. She does seem to be pulling her food out less. One thing I note, the bowl is made of a material that seems slightly rough or tacky, so the food does not slide easily in the bowl and tends to build up near the dispensing spout. Also, do not put much pressure on the sides near the top when hand washing or the sides may crack, as they are thinner in this area. Everywhere else it is thick and sturdy. Bowl fits perfectly in my Petlibro One and the bottom is thick, creating enough weight to hold it in place during regular use (my cat is a stinker though and tries to pull it out anyway. Hasn't succeeded yet lol)
Ordered two bowls. It took almost 10 weeks to arrive (held in Customs). The bowls are slightly smaller than the original, but fit well in the base. And my cats have taken to the bowls easily.
This item was great! Did exactly what it was supposed to. My cat was immediately able to finish all her food when previously she couldn’t. Only issue I found was that the kibble got stuck / caught on the lip leading to a back up when coming out of the distribution shoot so I had to file down the edge a little bit and I think it works now!

Great accessory bowl, this makes my sensitive cat much more comfortable when eating. Very good quality, the only real downside is cleaning by hand since it’s not dishwasher safe.
The bowl arrived quickly even though it shipped from another country. the pink color I selected looks great and it fits in the original feeder bowl. My cat is able to enjoy her automatic feeder without whisker fatigue and without fear of it being stolen by her sister!
